Regulamin / Warunki uczestnictwa:
1. W celu zostania uczestnikiem festiwalu Calle de Timberos 2023 należy:
a) wypełnić poprawnie formularz
b) po wypełnieniu formularza w ciągu 2 dni roboczych przyjdzie mail (sprawdźcie w folderze SPAM) z danymi do przelewu
c) w terminie wyznaczonym w mailu należy przelać wyznaczoną kwotę na wskazane konto
2. W obu przypadkach uczestnicy dostają mailowe potwierdzenie wykonania przelewu (do 10 dni roboczych z adresu calledetimberos@gmail.com) /poprawnej płatności online (powinna wystapić automatycznie z adresu support@weezevent.com).
3. W przypadku nieuiszczenia opłaty w wyznaczonym terminie, będziemy się kontaktowali w sprawie płatności – brak odpowiedzi oznacza skreslenie z listy uczestników.
4. Grupy zniżkowe – każdy może stworzyć grupę zniżkową. Chęć utworzenia grupy wystarczy zgłosić na maila calledetimberos@gmail.com.
5. Zniżki grupowe – podczas wyboru rodzaju wejściówki w przypadku formularza google – należy wybrać grupę zniżkową
WAŻNE – zniżka grupowa/discount code obowiązuje tylko przy zapisie, nie może zostać dodana po uiszczeniu płatności.
6. Przy zakupie passa obowiązuje 14-dniowa polityka zwrotu. Po 14-stym dniu od daty zakupu nie przyjmujemy zwrotów passów niezależnie od przyczyny. Dotyczy to również wszelkich wypadków losowych i sytuacji nadzwyczajnych. Liczona jest data zaksięgowania płatności.
7. W przypadku zakupu passa po 24.08.2023 (w czasie krótszym niż 14 dni przed rozpoczęciem festiwalu), konsument wyraża zgodę, że po zakupie traci prawo do odstąpienia od umowy.
8. W przypadku rezygnacji z udziału w festiwalu uczestnik ma możliwość przepisania passa na inną osobę. Do daty 31.08.2023 przepisanie jest darmowe. Od 01.09.2023 obowiązuje opłata manipulacyjna w wysokości 50 zł.
9. Uczestnicy festiwalu wyrażają zgodę na nieodpłatne wykorzystywanie ich wizerunku w materiałach foto i video uzywanych dalej przez firmę CDT Michał Kijowski.
10. Organizator zastrzega sobie możliwość zmian w line-up instruktorów oraz w grafiku zajęc. Nie jest to podstawą do zwrotów.
11. W przypadku zmiany terminu lub odwołania festiwalu (nie z winy organizatora) wpłaty automatycznie przechodzą na nowy termin. Z każdym też skontaktujemy się mailowo w celu potwierdzenia przeniesienia wpłaty.
Regulations & Terms of participation1. The condition for participation in the „Calle de Timberos 2023”:a) feel registration form
b) when you fulfill form in 2 working days you will received email (CHECK your SPAM folder) with payment details
c) within the time limit specified in the e-mail, the designated amount should be transferred to the indicated account
2. In both cases, participants receive an e-mail confirmation of the transfer (up to 10 working days from the address calledetimberos@gmail.com) / correct online payment (should occur automatically from the address support@weezevent.com).
3. In the event of failure to pay the fee within the prescribed period, we will contact you regarding the payment – no response means deletion from the list of participants.
4. Discount groups – anyone can create a discount group. If you want to create a group, just send an e-mail to calledetimberos@gmail.com.
5. Group discounts – when choosing the type of ticket – select a discount group
IMPORTANT – the group discount/discount code is valid only when signing up, it cannot be added after payment.
6. There is a 14-day return policy when purchasing a pass. After the 14th day from the date of purchase, we do not accept returns for any reason. This also applies to any random accidents and emergency situations. The date of posting the payment is counted.
7. If the pass is purchased after August 24, 2023 (less than 14 days before the start of the festival), the consumer agrees that after the purchase he loses the right to withdraw from the contract.
8. In the event of resignation from participation in the festival, the participant has the option of transferring the pass to another person. Until August 31, 2023, rewriting is free. From 01/09/2023, a handling fee of PLN 50 applies.
9. Festival participants agree to the free use of their image in photo and video materials, further used by CDT Michał Kijowski.
10. The organizer reserves the right to change the line-up of instructors and the schedule of classes. This is not the basis for returns.
11. In the event of a change of date or cancellation of the festival (not due to the organizer’s fault), payments are automatically transferred to the new date. We will also contact everyone by e-mail to confirm the transfer of the payment.
